When The Vision Shifts

I’ve always believed that clarity doesn’t always come in a lightning bolt. Sometimes it comes in a slow, quiet nudge that says, “This isn’t quite it.” That’s exactly what happened with Wichmann & Co.

For a while, I was pouring everything I had into building a brand that supported small business owners through speaking, networking, and events. It looked good on paper. It had potential. But deep down, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t clicking.

I was working hard, but I wasn’t feeling aligned. Then recently, a few things happened that made everything snap into focus.

A new Christmas music opportunity opened up. My podcast Wichmann & Co Podcast is set to launch in August. And that will still be focused on small business and entrepreneurship. And deep in my gut, I knew—this is the direction I’ve been waiting for.

A Needed and Natural Pivot

Wichmann & Co isn’t being scrapped. It’s evolving. The heart is the same, but the expression is shifting.

I’m no longer trying to build something just for “entrepreneurs” or box myself into business support. I’m embracing what truly lights me up: music, message, and legacy.

We’ve updated the logos. We’ve refreshed the tagline across every platform.
And most importantly, we’ve given the brand room to breathe, to create, and to connect in a way that feels real.

This isn’t just about songs or podcasts. It’s about stories that stir the soul.
It’s about using your voice, whether in lyrics, conversation, or lived testimony; to reach people right where they are.

Still Speaking Boldly

While the branding has shifted, our commitment to empowering speakers and entrepreneurs has not.
We will continue to encourage, equip, and inspire speakers with tools, platforms, and opportunities to share their message with clarity and boldness.

In fact, I’ll be using my own upcoming Christmas project as part of that movement, modeling how to blend message, music, and storytelling in a way that connects deeply and lives far beyond the moment.

Supporting Artists, Too

Another exciting part of this evolution is our expanding mission to support upcoming artists.

Through Wichmann & Co, we’ll begin offering tools and services to help independent artists with music distribution, branding, and releasing their work under a supportive label model. And of course any small business owner or entrepreneur that needs our help!

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the music industry or unsure how to get your music out there, we want to be your bridge. Your support system. Your launch partner.

Because everyone deserves a chance to be heard.

What’s Next?

The Wichmann & Co Podcast launches in August.
The Christmas music project is already in motion.

I don’t know exactly what the future holds – and that’s the beauty of it.
What I do know is this:
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is let go of “what should work” and lean into what’s actually calling you.

I’m choosing to trust that.
I’m choosing to move forward with open hands and a full heart.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey.
Let’s see where this new road leads.
