I came home from work this morning and did my normal routine. Gave the dogs food and water, took in the mail, soak horse feed, etc… and when I was done went to bed to snuggle with the dogs for a little, and check the last social media. Realized that I had forgotten it was “open dumpster day” as I call it here in Wills Point. I had some stuff that I desperately needed to get rid of; two microwaves, two old sewing machines and a bunch of cardboard boxes. I saw on Facebook that the line started to build up so I figured I had to get out of bed and get that all going. I also had a tea delivery to do and I had to stop by Wills Point Chamber Of Commerce. At this point in time, I still aimed to make it to Wine, Women and Wealth in Forney for lunch.
Suddenly this overwhelming feeling came over me. I didn’t have any motivation to do any of all this. But I had to. There was no darn choice.
So I started packing the car with the stuff that needed to be thrown away and the horses feed. Got the stuff I had to drop off at the Chamber, and the delivery. And off I went…
First stop the city’s collecting place they had set up for the day. I thought it was going to take longer time, but I was in and out in 25 minutes. Absolutely not bad considering the line was long and there was trailer after trailer filled with stuff. I could at least get my stuff in the car!
Then straight to Terrell to drop off the tea order. And it was now I decided that the Wine, Women and Wealth was not going to happen. I would have had time enough to go home and get some better clothes on and some makeup but today wasn’t the day to be overly social and smiling. I don’t know why. I guess just one of those days…
Continued to the barn to get some horse smell in my nose. Didn’t take long there today thankfully… and then swing by Wills Point Chamber of Commerce with my donation to the Chamber banquet on Monday. When I was there talking to Lea another lady came in and was interested in my tea. In the bag I was dropping off was a blend card and this new instruction card that just came in the mail…

… and since that was the only I had on me I gave it to her. I could just go home and pick up more for the donation. I live three blocks away.
So I went home and decided to make my dogs Twix & BamBam a little happy. We were all going to take a walk back to the chamber with the stuff we needed! Maybe a walk could get me more motivated…

It was a nice walk for all three of us. Twix got really excited to see his friend Lea. BamBam a little reserved as always. But both of them doing very well!
Back home and there is absolutely no motivation in me to do anything today. I’m just going to call it a day and do nothing. Play Monopoly on my iPad in bed… I am so glad I don’t have a booth anywhere tomorrow. It’s supposed to rain too which is sad since it is HWY 80 sale all weekend.
On Sunday is National Tea Day… I am trying to do a run with free shipping on Saturday and Sunday. I have never tried that before. I have done discounts but not free shipping. So I hope I may get some orders in…
