Even though I work on the ambulance every 4th day I’m still able to do real estate work in between calls. I may be a little delayed answering text messages and I don’t answer while driving but if you leave a voicemail, I will call you back as soon as I can.

Yesterday was a multi tasking day, for sure. I was able to schedule showing of three properties in between calls. Two in Tyler and one in Chandler. Then this morning my clients had found a fourth property to look at, that one in Chandler as well. So this afternoon we went on a little road trip…

This is actually “old stomping grounds” for me. I worked EMS in Smith County and Henderson County for 5 years so I have seen many of these neighborhoods and areas, which actually helps sometimes.

Two of the houses was of more interest for my client but they have more properties they would like to see so I think it will be another road trip next week. I truly enjoy showing properties and seeing all kinds of areas. I take pictures of for sales signs or for rent signs and then I look up the property to have a better understanding and knowledge of the market.

I’m glad the rain stayed away, but once again, it was an advantage to see houses the day after pouring down rain because it revealed a couple of “secrets”.
