After a successful Mom & Pop’s Small Business Saturday, I am now focusing on what is ahead of me. In just 1.5 weeks one of the biggest event this year is happening here in Texas, Solar Eclipse.
That will be a very busy weekend for me. The actual Eclipse is happening on Monday April 8th but the weekend prior is filled with events all over the area.
On Saturday April 6th, I have taken off my regular EMS job to be at the Eclipse On The Bricks in Wills Point.
We will be having both tea bags and drinks ready. I hope that this will be a good event with many people from out of town visiting. And of course, the weather is with us as well!
The following day, Sunday April 7th, we have been invited to be outside Whisked Away Bakehouse again. They will have a big downtown party, a little bit up the street and I hope and pray that some people will find their way down to Whisked Away.
On the actual April 8th, we are not doing anything. I think I need a day to just relax and watch the phenomenon. Hopefully I will have a lot to restock!
